1. Do you ship all over Pakistan?

Yes, we currently ship all across Pakistan using trusted courier partners like TCS, M&P, and Leopards Courier Service.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • If the product is in stock, we dispatch it within 24 hours.

  • Average delivery time is 3–4 working days, depending on your city.

  • If an item requires special production or finishing, we will update you about the timeline before dispatch.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes ✅ We offer Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 3000.
For orders below Rs. 3000, standard courier charges apply.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa (details shared at checkout)

5. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, you can request a return/exchange if:

  • The product is damaged during shipping

  • The product does not match your order

Please note:

  • Refunds are not possible as most of our tools are made-to-order in our factory.

  • In case of damage or wrong delivery, we will replace the item and even send a complimentary gift for the inconvenience.

  • Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.

6. Do your tools come with a warranty?

Yes ✅ All stainless steel tools are covered under our warranty against rust or staining.
If your stainless steel tool gets stained or rusted, we will replace it free of charge.
